Short and clear: we take no prepayment, and cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the tour.
No prepayment is taken
We ask for no deposit or prepayment to hold a booking. You pay on the morning of the tour, in the vehicle, in cash (TL, dollars or euros). This also means there is no amount to refund when you cancel.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the tour. A message on WhatsApp is enough, and we will not ask you for a reason.
Full refund if we cancel because of the weather
Some tours depend on the weather. If we cancel, you get back everything you paid — or we move you to another day, whichever you prefer.
Less than 24 hours before the tour
What applies here depends on the tour and on how full it is. Write to us on WhatsApp and we will sort it out together.
