Frequently asked questions
The questions we are asked most about booking, payment and hotel pick-up. If your answer is not here, message us on WhatsApp.
How do I book?
Press the Book button next to the tour and fill in the short form. Your details open in WhatsApp as a ready-made message, and you can check it before sending. Once the message reaches us we confirm the date and the time.
How do I pay?
You pay on the morning of the tour, in the vehicle, in cash (TL, dollars or euros). No payment is taken through this site.
Is there a deposit or prepayment?
No, we take no prepayment. No deposit is needed to book.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the tour. If we cancel because of the weather, you get back everything you paid.
How does hotel pick-up work?
Pick-up is free and included in the price. We collect you in front of your hotel and drop you back at the same place in the evening. The pick-up time depends on where your hotel is, so we confirm it on WhatsApp after you book.
My hotel is in a far-out area — is there an extra pick-up charge?
No, we do not charge extra. We pick up from every area, including Okurcalar, at no extra cost.
How big are the groups on tours?

Which languages do you support?
You can write to us in Turkish, English, Russian, Polish or German. The languages spoken by the guides vary from tour to tour; ask us on WhatsApp when you book.

Where do I find out the departure time?
