Demre – Myra – Kekova
A long day trip west of Antalya, to the Demre and Kekova area. There is a boat trip in Kekova; the remains of an ancient settlement that sank below sea level are seen from the boat through clear water — the ruins, submerged by earthquakes, are known as the 'Sunken City'. The ancient city of Myra has rock-cut Lycian tombs and an ancient theatre. The Church of Saint Nicholas in Demre is named after the saint known as Santa Claus. Entry to Myra and the Church of Saint Nicholas is optional, and the tickets are at the guest's own expense. The breakfast stop is not included in the price. The programme includes a stop at an icon shop.
